These terms cover 碑语 Rosetta for iPhone. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not, please delete the app.

本条款适用于 iPhone 版「碑语 Rosetta」。安装或使用本应用即表示你同意这些条款；如果不同意，请删除应用。
What the app does
Rosetta identifies writing in a photograph you provide and explains it: a translation, a word-by-word breakdown, grammar notes and example sentences, in whichever of the supported languages you choose.
Explanations are generated by a language model. They are a study aid, not a certified translation, and they can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety or other consequential decisions.
本应用做什么
碑语识别你提供的照片中的文字并加以讲解：整句翻译、逐词拆解、语法要点与例句，并使用你选择的讲解语言。
讲解由语言模型生成，是学习辅助而非权威翻译，可能出错。请不要用它来做医疗、法律、金融、安全等有重要后果的判断。
Free readings
Three readings are granted once, when you install the app. They are not refreshed monthly or on any other schedule.
Everything else in the app is free and stays free: your wordbooks, saved words, notes, review scheduling, reading history and pronunciation playback are not metered.

三次解读在你安装应用时一次性发放，不会按月或按任何其他周期刷新。
应用中的其他功能一直免费：词本、收藏词、笔记、复习安排、阅读记录和发音朗读都不计次。
碑语 Pro subscription
碑语 Pro removes the limit on readings. It is offered monthly or yearly, and the price shown in the app is the price for your App Store region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
碑语 Pro 订阅
碑语 Pro 取消解读次数限制，提供按月或按年两种周期；应用内显示的价格即你所在 App Store 区域的价格。
确认购买时将由你的 Apple 账户付款。订阅会自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消；续期费用会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
购买后你可以随时在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。删除应用并不会取消订阅。
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves; requests go through Apple Support.
退款
购买由 Apple 处理，退款适用 Apple 的相关政策。我们无法自行退款，请通过 Apple 支持提出申请。
Acceptable use
- Photograph writing you are entitled to photograph.
- Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit, and you keep whatever rights you already had in it. We claim no ownership of your photographs.

- 不要试图干扰、超载或逆向服务。

Availability
Readings need a network connection and depend on a third-party language model. The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, and supported languages may change over time.
Content already saved on your device — wordbooks, notes, history — remains available offline.

解读需要网络连接，并依赖第三方语言模型。服务可能中断、调整或停止，支持的语言也可能随时间变化。

Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including loss arising from an inaccurate reading.
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
免责与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何形式的担保；在同等范围内，我们不对使用本应用造成的间接或后果性损失负责，包括因解读不准确而产生的损失。

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
