How many languages?
Thirty-nine, and any of them can be explained in any other. The list is bounded by the languages iOS ships a speech voice for, so every lesson can also be read aloud.
支持多少种语言？

How do I change the explanation language?
Open Settings inside the app and choose a new one. It takes effect on your next reading; earlier readings keep the language they were made in.
怎么修改讲解语言？
在应用内打开「设置」并选择新的语言。它会在你下一次解读时生效；此前的解读会保留生成时使用的语言。
What do the three free readings mean?
You get three when you install the app. They are granted once and are not refreshed monthly.
They are stored in the iOS Keychain and follow your Apple Account rather than a single handset, so reinstalling the app or moving to a new phone does not issue a new set. Everything else — wordbooks, notes, review, history, reading aloud — is free and unmetered.
三次免费解读是什么意思？
安装应用时获得三次，一次性发放，不会按月刷新。
它保存在 iOS 钥匙串中，跟随你的 Apple 账户而不是某一台手机，因此重装应用或更换新机都不会重新发放。其余功能——词本、笔记、复习、历史、朗读——一直免费且不计次。
I bought Pro but the app still limits me
Open the paywall and tap Restore. StoreKit will re-check your Apple Account. If it still does not unlock, confirm you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, then write to us.
已经购买 Pro，但仍受限制
打开订阅页并点按「恢复购买」，StoreKit 会重新校验你的 Apple 账户。如果仍未解锁，请确认当前登录的是购买时使用的 Apple 账户，然后与我们联系。
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Rosetta does not cancel a subscription.

订阅由 Apple 管理：打开「设置」App，点按你的姓名，再进入「订阅」。删除碑语并不会取消订阅。
The reading looks wrong
Explanations come from a language model and can be mistaken, especially on worn signs, stylised lettering, handwriting or very short fragments. A sharper photograph, or highlighting just the passage you care about, usually helps.
If a particular reading is badly wrong, send it to us — it is the most useful thing you can report.

讲解由语言模型生成，可能出错，尤其是磨损的招牌、艺术字、手写体或极短的片段。拍得更清晰一些，或只圈选你关心的那一段，通常会有帮助。

Nothing is read aloud
Check the ring/silent switch and the volume, then confirm your device has a voice installed for that language under Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices.

"This language is not supported yet"
Rosetta reads thirty-nine languages, and it tells you honestly when what you photographed falls outside them rather than guessing at a neighbouring language.

碑语支持 39 种语言。当你拍下的内容不在其中时，它会如实告诉你，而不是猜成一门相近的语言。
Deleting your data
Reading history, wordbooks and notes live only on your device; deleting the app removes them. We hold no account for you and store no copy of your photographs.
删除你的数据
阅读记录、词本和笔记只保存在你的设备上，删除应用即一并清除。我们不为你保存账户，也不存放你照片的副本。
Requirements
iPhone running iOS 17 or later. A network connection is needed to request a reading; everything already saved works offline.
