License
Readless is licensed for personal reading and listening use on supported Apple devices. The app is intended for importing books that you legally own, reading them on-screen, and optionally listening to them aloud.

Your content
The files you import must be content you legally own or are authorized to use. Readless does not redistribute, share, or otherwise transmit your imported books beyond what's described in the privacy policy.
Audio generated by the premium voice for your imported chapter text is licensed to you for personal non-commercial use. Republishing it as a commercial audiobook requires separate authorization from the underlying rights-holders.

Premium credits
Premium-voice credits are sold in character-denominated packs through Apple's In-App Purchase. Credits never expire. Credits are tied to the Apple ID used at purchase and are not transferable.
Billing is per character synthesized. Playback speed, cached replays, and listening through the offline iOS system voice never consume credits. Switching to a different premium voice on a previously synthesized chapter performs a new synthesis and a new debit.
Refunds are issued by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Failed synthesis requests are refunded in full automatically.

高级语音额度以按字数计量的额度包形式，通过 Apple 内购销售。额度永久不过期，绑定购买时使用的 Apple ID，不可转让。

Availability
The free, on-device iOS voice depends on your device's built-in speech support. Premium voices require internet connectivity to synthesize a new chapter; previously synthesized audio remains available offline through the on-device cache.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the premium voice service.

免费的离线 iOS 系统语音取决于你设备本身的语音支持。高级语音在合成新章节时需要联网；已经合成的内容仍可通过本地缓存离线听。

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse the premium-voice quota system, or use it to synthesize content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
We may suspend a device identifier and freeze its remaining credits where there is clear evidence of abuse.

不得逆向工程本应用、滥用高级语音额度系统，或使用本应用合成侵犯他人权利或违反适用法律的内容。
对存在明显滥用证据的设备标识，我们可暂停其使用并冻结剩余额度。
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced inside the app and reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after such an announcement means you accept the updated terms.
