Before troubleshooting

  • Check the app version, device model, and iOS version.
  • Note the filename, format, and size of the book that's failing.
  • Record whether the issue is with importing, reading, or premium-voice synthesis.

排查前先确认

  • 先确认应用版本、设备型号和 iOS 版本。
  • 记录出问题那本书的文件名、格式和大小。
  • 确认问题出在导入、阅读还是高级语音合成阶段。

Common issues

  • "Couldn't open the file" usually means the PDF is encrypted or DRM-protected. Decrypt locally before importing.
  • "Looks like a scanned PDF" means the document has image pages but no extractable text layer. OCR it first.
  • ".mobi / .azw / .azw3 / Kindle file" is not supported. Convert to EPUB with Calibre first.
  • "Insufficient credits" happens when the chapter is longer than your remaining premium balance. Buy more credits or use the free system voice for that chapter.

常见问题

  • 「无法打开文件」一般是 PDF 加了密或 DRM 保护,请先在本地解密后再导入。
  • 「看起来是扫描版 PDF」表示文档只有图片页、没有可识别的文本层,需要先做 OCR。
  • 「不支持的 .mobi / .azw / Kindle 文件」请先用 Calibre 转换成 EPUB 再导入。
  • 「余额不足」表示这一章字数超过你剩余的高级语音额度,可购买额度或用免费语音先听。

Listen-skip on front matter

Copyright pages, tables of contents, and similar front matter are auto-flagged so they're skipped during audio playback while staying fully visible in the reader.

If a chapter was flagged incorrectly (or you'd like to skip one we didn't), swipe left on it in the chapter list and tap "听这章" / "听时跳过" to toggle.

「听时跳过」的处理

版权信息、目录这类前后置内容会被自动标记为「听时跳过」——朗读时跳过去,但阅读视图里依然完整可见。

如果某一章标错了,或者你想跳过我们没标的章节,在章节列表里左滑那一行,点「听这章」/「听时跳过」即可切换。

Cached audio and storage

Premium-voice audio is cached locally so replays cost no credits. To free the space, open Settings → 存储 → 清空音频缓存. The next playback will re-synthesize and re-bill at the current voice.

音频缓存与存储

高级语音生成的音频在本地缓存,回听不再扣额度。要释放空间,请进入「设置 → 存储 → 清空音频缓存」。下次再听会重新合成并按当前音色重新扣额度。

Purchases

Premium credit packs are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles billing and account management. Credits never expire.

If a previous purchase isn't showing up, open Settings → 高级语音 → Pro 管理 and tap "恢复购买" first. Refunds are issued by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

高级语音的额度包通过 Apple 内购销售。账单与账户管理由 Apple 处理。已购额度永久不过期。

如果此前购买没有显示,请到「设置 → 高级语音 → Pro 管理」点「恢复购买」。退款请通过 Apple 的 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交。
