From photo to booked expense
Photograph a receipt or import one (you can pick many at once). On-device OCR reads it and fills in the date, merchant, total, tax rate, and qualified-invoice registration number. Glance at the result, confirm or correct it, and it's recorded. Shot from any angle is fine — recognition auto-rotates.

拍一张收据或导入（可一次选多张）。设备端 OCR 会识别并自动填入日期、店铺、合计、税率与登録番号（インボイス）。 扫一眼结果，确认或修正，即完成记账。任意角度拍摄都可以——识别会自动纠正方向。
OCR-assisted, you confirm
Like the major Japanese tools, this is OCR-assisted bookkeeping: every captured record starts as 要確認 (needs review). Crumpled or faint receipts can mis-read the amount, so always glance at the total against the photo before marking a record reviewed. The check digit of any 登録番号 is validated automatically and flagged if it doesn't match.
OCR 辅助，由你确认
与日本主流工具一样，这是「OCR 辅助记账」：每条录入都先标记为 要確認。皱褶或字迹淡的收据可能把金额读错， 因此在标记为「确认済み」前，请对照照片核对合计。登録番号 的校验位会自动验证，不匹配时会提示。
Splitting 8% / 10% receipts
When one receipt mixes 軽減税率 8% and standard 10% items, open 税率で分割 on the record, enter each rate's amount (and category), and the line is split into per-rate rows for correct 区分経理. The original is kept as a logically-deleted, restorable entry so totals never double-count.

当一张收据混有 軽減税率 8% 与标准 10% 商品时，在该记录上打开 税率で分割， 填入各税率的金额（与区分），即按税率拆成多行，满足区分経理。原始行会以「逻辑删除、可还原」的形式保留，合计不会重复计算。
Handing off to your accountant
Export a filtered ledger CSV, a Yayoi-compatible CSV, a 電帳法 索引簿 CSV, a printable report, a JSON backup, or a one-tap 税務調査 audit ZIP (originals + index + ledger + report + backup). Everything is generated on-device and shared via the iOS share sheet.

Keep your records safe
Your data lives only on this device. Export a JSON backup regularly and keep it somewhere safe (Files / iCloud Drive); restoring it re-imports every record and image. Deleting the app erases its local data, so back up first.

Not tax advice; keep paper originals
This app helps you organize and search records toward the 電子帳簿保存法; it does not provide tax advice, filing, or compliance guarantees — confirm with a qualified 税理士. Note that compressed photos do not meet the スキャナ保存 200dpi requirement, so keep paper originals for the legal retention period (generally 7 years).
