What we collect
Nothing. ReceiptKeeper JP requires no account, has no servers, logs no analytics, and contains no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. Your receipts, photos, OCR text, tax fields, and settings are stored only on your device. We never see them.

On your device only
All records and receipt images are kept in the app's local storage (IndexedDB / the app sandbox) on your iPhone or iPad. There is no cloud sync and no remote database. If you delete the app, that local data is removed with it, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.

Recognition runs on-device
Text recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework (the same engine as iOS Live Text). Receipt images are analyzed locally on your device and are never uploaded to us or to any cloud OCR service. The recognized text stays on your device with the record.

System permissions
The app requests camera and photo-library access (NSCameraUsageDescription,
NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription) only so you can photograph or import
receipts for bookkeeping. Selected images are processed and stored locally; nothing is
transmitted off the device.

Backups, CSV, and the audit ZIP
When you tap export, the app builds a CSV, JSON backup, report, or audit ZIP on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes — Files, iCloud Drive, email to your accountant — is entirely your choice. We are not a party to that transfer.
