Before troubleshooting
- Check the app version, device model, and iOS version.
- Note whether the issue happens during onboarding, local generation, data export, erase, or purchase restore.
- Capture screenshots if the issue is visible on screen.

- 先确认应用版本、设备型号和 iOS 版本。
- 确认问题发生在引导、本地生成、数据导出、清除还是恢复购买阶段。
- 如果是界面问题,建议先截图再重试。
Common issues
- A local model is still downloading or preparing on first launch.
- The current device does not meet the hardware requirements for local generation.
- Export or erase actions take longer right after model or data changes.
- Purchased features do not appear until Restore Purchases is run.

- 首次启动时,本地模型仍在下载或准备中。
- 当前设备不满足本地生成所需的硬件条件。
- 模型或数据刚变更后,导出和清除操作会稍慢一些。

How the app is intended to run
The current release is designed around local use on supported iPhone devices.
No account is required for the main experience. Remote inference is not required for the primary local workflow.
Photo Library access is only used when you choose a custom avatar or image input. Notifications are only used for optional local reminders you enable yourself.
应用的基本工作方式
当前版本面向受支持的 iPhone 设备本地运行。
主体验不需要账号,核心本地流程也不依赖远程推理。
相册权限只在你主动选择自定义头像或图片输入时使用;通知权限只用于你自己开启的本地提醒。
