Overview

LocalMind is a local-first AI product designed around on-device usage on supported iPhones.

The current build does not require an account or mandatory cloud sync for the main workflow.

Purchases

Apple handles payment, renewals, refunds, and purchase-account management for Pro purchases.

The app reads StoreKit state only to unlock features and restore purchases.

Pro 购买的付款、续订、退款与账户管理由 Apple 处理。

应用只会读取 StoreKit 状态，用来解锁功能和恢复购买。

Third-party AI services

In the default public configuration, LocalMind does NOT send any user data to any third-party AI service.

All conversations run on the open-source Qwen model that you download once to your iPhone. The model files are hosted by Hugging Face Hub (huggingface.co) and fetched only during the one-time first-launch download. No chat content, prompt, memory item, persona setting, or personal identifier is transmitted during this download — only public model weights are retrieved.

After the download completes, inference runs entirely on-device using Apple MLX. Your messages, memory items, and persona configuration never leave your iPhone.

The app binary also contains optional, consent-gated tool integrations that are disabled by default and never activated without your explicit approval:

• Web search — optional. If enabled in Settings, a query you type is sent to Brave Search (api.search.brave.com). Disabled by default.
• URL fetch — optional. If enabled in Settings and you paste a URL, the app fetches that URL's public content directly. Disabled by default.

Before either tool performs a network request for the first time, the app shows an explicit consent sheet with the destination, the data about to be sent, and the option to decline. Declining keeps the app fully local. You can revoke consent any time in Settings → Network Tools.

The public build does not bundle any remote-inference client. Your conversation content is never uploaded to an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, DashScope, or any other) in this build.

第三方 AI 服务

在默认的公开版配置中，LocalMind 不会向任何第三方 AI 服务发送用户数据。

所有对话都运行在你本地下载到 iPhone 的开源 Qwen 模型上。模型文件托管在 Hugging Face Hub（huggingface.co），仅在首次启动时下载一次。下载过程中不会传输任何聊天内容、提示词、记忆条目、人格设置或个人标识——只会获取公开的模型权重。

下载完成后，推理完全在设备端通过 Apple MLX 运行。你的消息、记忆条目和人格配置永远不会离开你的 iPhone。

应用内置了两个默认关闭、需你显式授权的可选工具，它们不会在你未授权的情况下激活：

• 网页搜索——可选。若在设置中启用，你输入的搜索词会发送到 Brave 搜索（api.search.brave.com）。默认关闭。
• 网页读取——可选。若在设置中启用并粘贴一条 URL，应用会直接获取该 URL 的公开内容。默认关闭。

任一工具首次执行网络请求前，应用会弹出明确的授权提示，说明目标地址、将要发送的数据，并提供拒绝选项。拒绝后应用仍完全本地运行。你可以随时在"设置 → 网络工具"撤销授权。

公开版构建中不包含任何远程推理客户端。在此版本中，你的对话内容永远不会被上传到任何 LLM API（OpenAI、Anthropic、DashScope 或其他）。

Network and tracking

The current release is built around local use and does not include account-based social features, third-party ads, or third-party analytics SDKs in the core flow.

If a future release enables remote model routing or other network features, this policy and the related App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those features are offered.

联网与跟踪

当前版本以本地使用为主，核心流程不包含账号型社交功能、第三方广告或第三方统计 SDK。

如果未来版本启用远程模型路由或其他联网能力，会在开放这些功能前同步更新本政策和相关 App Store 隐私披露。

• Export local data from Settings.
• Remove downloaded models from Settings.
• Restore purchases from the paywall or Settings.
• Erase local data inside the app.
• Disable reminders in app settings or iOS Settings.
