Unless you have a written agreement signed by us, your use of 35mm Film is governed by the Apple Standard EULA.

How the three SKUs work

The app offers two auto-renewing subscriptions and one non-consumable lifetime unlock. All three grant access to the same Pro feature set: all 135 film looks, the live filtered camera, custom .cube LUT import, HEIC export, and all crop ratios.

• Annual — US $19.99 per year (local equivalent in your store) with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Apple charges your Apple ID 24 hours before the trial ends unless you cancel. Renews annually until cancelled.
• Weekly — US $3.99 per week (local equivalent). No free trial. Renews weekly until cancelled.
• Lifetime — US $39.99 one-time purchase (local equivalent). No subscription, no recurring charge.

Cancel any subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — refunds for the current period are handled by Apple, not by us.

Acceptable use

You may use 35mm Film on your personal devices (iPhone and iPad) tied to your Apple ID, including via Family Sharing. Reverse engineering, redistribution of the bundled LUT catalogue outside of normal device use, and using the app to process other people's photos without their consent are not permitted.

你可以在你 Apple ID 绑定的个人 iPhone 与 iPad 上使用 35mm Film，包括通过家庭共享。不得对 App 进行逆向工程、 在正常设备使用之外重新分发内置 LUT 目录，也不得在未经他人同意的情况下用 App 处理他人的照片。

Attribution

35mm Film is built on the MIT-licensed Film-Luts catalogue by Yahia, with film simulation curves derived from the G'MIC project. Full licence text is bundled in Settings → Credits & Licenses inside the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version will always be at birony.app/35mm/terms.html. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
