Before troubleshooting
- Check the app version, device model, and iOS version.
- Note the title, place name, or search keyword involved.
- Record whether location permission was granted.
排查前先确认
- 先确认应用版本、设备型号和 iOS 版本。
- 记录相关作品名、地点名或搜索关键词。
- 确认是否已经授予定位权限。
Common issues
- Search results are empty because the keyword is too narrow.
- A saved place or note did not persist after the app was closed unexpectedly.
- Nearby discovery is unavailable because location permission is disabled.
- Some places are intentionally shown with reduced precision.
常见问题
- 搜索词过窄，导致结果为空。
- 应用异常退出后，收藏或备注没有及时保留。
- 附近探索不可用，通常是因为定位权限未开启。
- 部分地点会被故意以较低精度显示。
Location handling
Location access is optional and mainly used for nearby discovery, distance estimation, and map convenience.
The core browsing flow remains available without location access.
定位与地点展示
定位权限是可选的，主要用于附近探索、距离估算和地图便利功能。
即使不授予定位权限，核心浏览流程仍然可用。
Purchases
If paid features are available in your build, Apple handles billing and purchase-account management.
If an earlier purchase is not showing up, use the in-app Restore Purchases action first.
购买与恢复
如果当前版本提供付费功能，账单和购买账户管理由 Apple 处理。
如果此前已购买内容没有显示，先在应用内执行“恢复购买”。
