Before troubleshooting
- Check the app version and your device model.
- Note which step the issue happens on: picking a stem, dragging, saving, sharing, or purchase.
- If anything looks visually off, a screenshot is helpful.
排查前先确认
- 先看一下应用版本与设备型号。
- 记下问题出现在哪一步：选花、拖动、保存、分享、还是购买。
- 如果是视觉问题，截图会很有帮助。
Arranging stems
Add a stem. Pick a category (Blooms, Stems, Delicate, Filler, Tropical, Greenery) and tap any stem in the palette at the bottom. It drops into the canvas.
Move, scale, rotate. Drag with one finger to move. Pinch with two fingers to scale. Twist with two fingers to rotate. Tap a stem to open the inspector with size, rotation, and opacity sliders.
Layer order. Long-press to multi-select. Tap a selected stem to make it primary. The inspector's layer chips bring forward, send back, or jump to front/back.
Undo. The undo and redo buttons at the top of the home view step through your last actions.
布置花枝
添加花枝。在底部花板选一个分类（Blooms、Stems、Delicate、Filler、Tropical、Greenery），再点一枝即可放入画布。
移动、缩放、旋转。单指拖动来移动；双指捏合来缩放；双指旋转来旋转角度。点一下花枝可以打开下方面板，使用大小、角度、透明度滑杆。
层级。长按可多选；点一下被选中的花枝可以将它设为主选。面板里的层级按钮可以前移、后移、置顶或置底。
撤销。主页顶部的撤销/重做按钮可以一步步退回操作。
Vessels and presets
Tap the swatch icon at the top to open the Stage sheet. From there you can:
- Pick one of five hand-arranged bouquets.
- Change the vessel (Bare twine, Sèvres Jar, or Cloisonné).
- Change the canvas backdrop.
- Save the current arrangement to your personal library.
花器与预设
点击顶部的调色板图标可以打开「Stage」面板。在那里可以：
- 选一个手作花束预设（共五种）。
- 更换花器（草绳束、Sèvres 罐、景泰蓝）。
- 更换底色。
- 把当前花束保存到你的个人花束库。
Sharing a bouquet
Tap the share icon in the top bar. Posy renders your arrangement at high resolution and opens the system share sheet — you can save it to Photos, send via Messages, AirDrop, or any installed app.
Free-tier exports include a small "made with Posy" caption at the bottom. Posy Pro removes the caption.
分享花束
点击顶部的分享图标。Posy 会把花束渲染成高清图，再调出系统分享面板——你可以存到相册、通过信息发送、AirDrop，或分享到任何已安装的应用。
免费版导出图底部会有一个小小的「made with Posy」标记；Posy Pro 会去除这个标记。
Posy Pro
Posy Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full set: all 43 botanical plates, every vessel, unlimited saved bouquets, and clean (un-captioned) exports. Future plate packs will be included as they ship.
Restore Purchases. Tap Stage in the top bar, scroll to the footer, and tap "Restore". This re-checks your StoreKit account on the device. Use this after reinstalling Posy or signing into a new Apple ID that previously purchased Pro.
If a purchase fails. Try again, then check your network and Apple ID in Settings → Apple Account. Apple manages the actual transaction; Posy only reads the result.
Posy Pro
Posy Pro 是一次性内购，解锁完整内容：全部 43 幅植物图谱、所有花器、无限保存花束，以及去除标记的导出图。未来新增的图谱合集也会一并包含。
恢复购买。点击顶部「Stage」，滑到面板底部，点击「Restore」即可。这会重新查询本机的 StoreKit 状态。重装应用或换 Apple ID 登录后请使用这一项。
如果购买失败。请再试一次，然后检查网络和 设置 → Apple 账户。实际交易由 Apple 处理，Posy 只读取结果。
Common issues
- A stem rotates the wrong way. Tap the stem, open the inspector, use the rotation slider for precise control. The "mirror" chip flips a stem horizontally.
- Saved bouquet won't load. Make sure the app version is current. Save data is stored in your app's sandbox; reinstalling the app removes it.
- Pro doesn't unlock after purchase. Tap "Restore" in the Stage footer. If that doesn't help, sign out and back into the App Store in Settings.
- Locked stem won't add. Locked stems are Pro-only. Tapping a locked stem brings up the Pro upgrade page.
常见问题
- 花枝旋转方向不对。点击花枝打开面板，用旋转滑杆精确调整。「mirror」按钮可以水平翻转一枝。
- 保存的花束无法加载。请先确认应用版本是最新的。保存数据存放在应用沙盒中，重装应用会一并删除。
- 购买后 Pro 没解锁。请到「Stage」面板底部点「Restore」。如果还是没用，请在「设置」里登出并重新登入 App Store。
- 锁定的花枝无法添加。带锁的花枝是 Pro 内容，点击会跳出升级页面。
