License
By downloading and using Lull, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. The app itself (interface, code, generated artwork, scene compositions, written content) is the property of Birony.

Audio sources
The 66 bundled ambient and ASMR sounds are sourced from public-domain and Creative Commons Zero (CC0) collections, primarily Pixabay's royalty-free sound library. They are included under licenses that permit redistribution within an end-user application. The selection, editing, encoding (AAC in CAF), and per-scene composition are original work by Birony.

In-app purchase
Lull Pro · Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Once purchased, it is bound to your Apple Account and will restore automatically on any device signed in with that account, on any reinstall, via the Restore purchase link in the app.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their standard terms. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

Acceptable use
- Use Lull for personal listening, study, work, sleep, or relaxation.
- Do not re-package, redistribute, or resell the app or its bundled audio assets.
- Do not use Lull as part of a public broadcast, paid stream, or commercial sound installation without separate written permission.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent the in-app purchase mechanism.

Lull is a relaxation aid, not a medical device. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including insomnia or anxiety disorders. Do not use Lull at high volume in headphones for prolonged periods. If you experience persistent sleep difficulty, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
