License
Each app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported Apple devices. You may install it on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or repurpose the app or its bundled assets except as expressly allowed by law.

Age suitability and content
The apps are rated 4+. Gameplay is suitable for all ages, with no violence, no adult content, and no chat or user-generated content.
Mini-game names that reference traditional play (for example, Mole Mash, Cross Five) are descriptive and do not claim affiliation with any trademark.

Ads and in-app purchases
The apps are free with Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. A one-time in-app purchase named Remove Ads disables banner and interstitial ads for the purchasing Apple ID.
Rewarded ads remain available so you can opt in to bonuses (extra time, hints, undos, headstarts) regardless of the Remove Ads status.
Apple processes all in-app purchases. Refund and billing inquiries go through your Apple ID purchase history; we do not have access to that channel.

Use you are responsible for
- Keeping your Apple device, operating system, and the app up to date.
- Reviewing in-app cues before tapping ads or rewarded videos.
- Supervising minors so they do not make unintended purchases.

Warranty disclaimer
The apps are provided “as is” without warranty beyond what statutory consumer law requires. We do not guarantee uninterrupted ad fill, perfect frame pacing on every device, or that any specific gameplay record will be retained if iOS clears app data.

Termination
You may stop using the apps at any time by deleting them. We may discontinue an app or feature with reasonable notice in the App Store listing or release notes.

Governing law and contact
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
