Before troubleshooting
- Check the app version and your device model.
- Note whether the issue happens during import, generation, save, or export.
- If the problem is visual, capture screenshots before retrying.
排查前先确认
- 先看一下应用版本和设备型号。
- 确认问题发生在导入、生成、保存还是导出阶段。
- 如果是显示问题,建议先截图再重试。
Common issues
- Photo Library permission was denied during import or save-back.
- The source image is too dense and needs another pass of cleanup.
- A saved project failed to export because local storage is full.
- Purchased features did not unlock until Restore Purchases was run.
常见问题
- 导入或保存回相册时,相册权限没有打开。
- 原图信息量太大,需要再做一轮简化或调色。
- 本地存储空间不足,导致项目导出失败。
- 购买后未立即解锁,需要先执行“恢复购买”。
How the app runs
The main photo-to-pattern workflow is designed to run locally on your device.
Photo access is only requested when you intentionally import an image or save output back to Photos.
The core workflow does not require an account.
应用的基本工作方式
核心的照片转拼豆流程以设备本地处理为主。
只有在你主动导入图片或把结果保存回相册时,应用才会请求相册权限。
主流程不需要账号。
Purchases
Billing and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple.
If an earlier purchase is not showing up, use the in-app Restore Purchases action first.
购买与恢复
应用内购买的计费和退款由 Apple 处理。
如果此前已购买内容没有显示,先在应用内执行“恢复购买”。
